How long will it take to receive my order?

We book in your order for delivery same day. Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Tasmania and Brisbane orders are received within 1-3 days. Regional and Perth take a few more days. NT takes around 10 days.

How do I fill my bag?

A.
When you fill the bag with water, hang it first as it is heavy when full. Connect the nozzle to your hose. Screw out the white plug, insert the piercing stick through the valve up and down twice. Then, connect the nozzle to the hose and start filling. Fill the bag to the point where there are no creases in the bag. Approx 3/4 full. After few months, some air may escape and create some creases so just top it up. Remember to keep the nozzle
